Second Step is a well-researched, age appropriate and effective social-emotional learning program that can be integrated into a classroom and whole-school environment.

I love the no-prep! I love the engagement from the kids! I love the simplicity of the strategies! And, It works! I use Second Step for ages 12-14 in the community. I know talking about social issues and emotional responses of themselves and others helps these teens to navigate through some difficult events.

Both teachers and students are saying really positive things about the program with the students in particular loving the songs, games, puppets and discussions. Our principal has said they have found the number of Office Discipline Referral's have halved since beginning Second Step.
